Booked jobs on your calendar, priced per job.

Jobs Over Leads runs the ads and the booking for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing contractors. You pay a fixed price for each job that lands on your calendar, your trade is exclusive in your market, and the first jobs are on us.

For owner-operators in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing across the US.

Most contractors pay for the phone ringing.

Ad platforms bill per click and lead marketplaces bill per request. The truck only rolls when an appointment is booked, and the invoice only clears when that appointment pays. Every step in between is money the contractor carries.

$149 to $183

per lead on non-branded Google search in HVAC and plumbing, the campaigns that reach homeowners who have not picked a contractor yet.

37.6%

of those search leads book an appointment. The other 62.4% never reach the calendar, and every one of them was billed.

About half

of booked appointments become paying customers. On Local Services Ads the rate ran 51% to 54% by trade.

How it works

You set the price you can afford before a single job is bought, and you judge us on real jobs before you pay for any.

  1. Set your ceiling

Enter your ticket, margin and close rate in the calculator. It returns the most you can pay per booked job and still keep your margin.

  2. Claim your territory

One contractor per trade in each market. We build your trade landing pages, campaigns, call handling and booking straight onto your calendar.

  3. Judge the first jobs

The first booked jobs land at our cost. You run them, close them and compare them against your own numbers before buying anything.

  4. Buy jobs in packages

Fixed price per booked job, set by trade and market. A short agreement covers the package you buy and nothing beyond it.

What runs behind every booked job

Local Services Ads first
In every trade covered by the 2026 benchmarks, the cheapest booked job came from Google Local Services Ads, so campaigns start there and add search and Meta where the numbers hold.
Trade-specific landing pages
Separate pages for emergency service, replacement estimates and maintenance plans, written for your trade and your service area.
Instant missed-call text-back
A homeowner who reaches voicemail gets a text within seconds, before they call the next contractor on the list.
Booking on your calendar
Appointments are confirmed with the homeowner and placed on your schedule with the address, the job type and how the lead came in.

What counts as a booked job

  • A confirmed appointment with the homeowner or property manager.
  • At an address inside your service area.
  • For a service your company performs.
  • Placed on your calendar with the contact details attached.

Appointments that fail those terms are replaced under the package agreement. Clicks, form fills and unanswered calls are never billed.

Know your number before you buy a single job.

The calculator takes your average ticket, gross margin and close rate and returns the most you can pay per booked job while keeping 30%. It then checks that ceiling against what contractors in your trade paid in 2026.

Questions contractors ask first

How is this different from buying leads on a marketplace?

Marketplaces sell a request for service, and the same homeowner can be sent to several contractors at once. Jobs Over Leads bills only for booked appointments, and your trade is exclusive in your market, so the homeowner on your calendar was never offered to a competitor through us.

What does a booked job cost?

The price is fixed per job and set by trade and market, because a roofing inspection and a drain call are worth very different amounts. Run the calculator first: it shows the ceiling your own ticket, margin and close rate can carry, which is the number to hold any price against, ours included.

Do I sign a long-term contract?

No. Each purchase is a package of booked jobs under a short agreement that covers that package only. When it is used up you decide whether to buy the next one.

Why are the first jobs free?

Because the only fair test is your own close rate on real jobs. You run the first appointments at our cost and decide from your results, not from our claims.

Which trades and markets do you cover?

HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing contractors in US markets. Each market takes one contractor per trade, so availability depends on whether your territory is still open. Check if your market is open.

Where do the benchmark numbers on this page come from?

SearchLight Digital's 2026 Google Local Service Ads and Google Ads benchmarks, WordStream by LocaliQ's 2026 Meta benchmarks, and LocaliQ and 99 Calls for roofing lead prices. The report lists every source, sample size and date, and shows how each derived figure is calculated.
